"I was ecstatic! It's a GREAT likeness of "Ron the Dion." PERFECT in every detail, the painting is flawless. I own several Royal bobbleheads and I have NEVER been disappointed in the least bit with any of them. Bobbleheads.com packs them in a sturdy shipping box, not like ANOTHER VENDOR I've received in paper and plastic envelopes with no inner box, so they arrived with the bobble box damaged--the first one SMASHED, AND the replacement damaged. I will NOT buy them from that place again. The box is part of the product and I use them flattened out as a background display. Bobbleheads.com's customer service is SUPERIOR to all. They have a REAL HUMAN to help you personally if you need it, and they went beyond the call of duty in helping me. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with any other vendor, and save yourself A LOT of frustration.
